we have the right to bare arms, when is too much considered too much?

we should be able to have an arsenal right?
or is this apart of the ptb that if we have too much to start a revolt or hold them off then is that too much?

Let the games begin!

Sherwin Raymond accepted a plea agreement for creating a community hazard after jurors had been picked for his trial Tuesday.

The former doctor faces five years probation and must surrender his weapons.

Raymond faced the possibility of a 10-year prison sentence if he had been convicted by a jury.

Raymond insisted he was a gun enthusiast.

I apologize in advance. English can be confusing.

We have a right to bear arms. We also have a right to bare arms. If we carry a gun while wearing no shirt, then we are bearing arms in our bare arms.

And I do think we have a right to have a personal arsenal, even explosives and hundreds of pounds of gunpowder. We also are responsible for any harm we do to others. I doubt in this case that the man's cache posed the hazard the state claimed that it did. They overstepped their bounds. A typical case of government busybodies taking advantage of any opportunity to impose their idea of propriety on others.

Wow, with this reasoning, we could all be arrested! Anyone who owns a gun could be arrested and then, whew, a possible catastrophe has just been averted!

Since when is having a gun collection considered breaking the law? He never hurt anyone! He never did anything wrong! And they bullied him into a guilty plea so they wouldn't throw their big bad book at him! That poor old guy.

The local National Guard has an arsenal, I own a few guns, some ammo and gunpowder for reloading. Oh, and you still see morons smoking in gas stations. People think guns, ammo and gunpowder are somehow more dangerous than living next door to a gas station. How about having a natural gas line piped into their home? Bet they never saw an explosion from that.

When the second ammendment was penned, the average citizen had the ability to own all of the weapons that the standing army did. Now, aside from nuclear weapons, biological, etc., I believe we should be able to own more than we are allowed at this time. How can you stand up to a tyrannical Govt., with certain guns only, and with certain magazine capacities, etc? I know some of you live in more tolerant States than I do (Ca.), but I think everyone should be allowed to own a .50 BMG rifle, or any automatic weapon for that matter!

"How can you stand up to a tyrannical Govt."

I believe that is the answer...they don't want us to be able to stand upto them anymore!

That's right!
And I'm not giving up my nukes either.
